COMMUNICATIONS LEAD

A management position in which I oversee publications, internet communications and social media initiatives. This position began as a communications specialist role and grew with increasing responsibilities.
 

Responsibilities and roles:
 

• Executive Editor, Primary Contact -an alumni/industry publication that I take from concept to completion along with the annual report, donor materials and various other marketing pieces
• Manager of the webmaster, freelance writers – oversee website projects, recommend execution
• Communications strategist – work closely with divisions to help them realize their visions through video, social media campaigns, web design and other communications
• Sustainability leader – initiate and execute institutional recycling and sustainability initiatives
